Driver Employment & Anti-Theft Agreement

1. DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
The Driver agrees to be fully responsible for all packages, goods, cash (if applicable), and company assets assigned to them. Any theft, loss, diversion, tampering, or damage caused by negligence or intent shall make the Driver liable for full replacement value.

2. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THEFT
The Driver understands that theft or fraud results in immediate termination, forfeiture of deposits, withholding of payouts, and escalation to law enforcement.

3. BVN AUTHORIZATION & FINANCIAL TRACEABILITY
The Driver authorizes the Company to verify and use the Driver's BVN strictly for identity verification, fraud prevention, and lawful recovery. Subject to court approval, financial institutions may be notified in cases of proven theft or fraud.

4. GUARANTOR ACCOUNTABILITY
The Driver acknowledges that guarantors may be contacted and held accountable in accordance with the guarantor agreement if the Driver fails to cooperate or cannot be produced.

5. DATA PROTECTION
All personal data will be handled in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

6. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
